I was gone from my travel trailer for two days and came back to find it flooded from a plumbing casualty. I called Bankston Motor Homes in Montgomery AL and they told me they could get a new water module for my toilet in two days. Then, Mark, the service manager, offered to remove one from a new toilet they had in stock so I could fix my problem that same day. As I write this, I have my water back on and most of the mess cleaned up, and am very grateful to Bankston. They have a new customer for life.

Randy and I wanted to say how much we both appreciated the care and attention you and your service department gave to us and our Lexington RV. Everyone was so helpful and patient with us and our assorted problems! We especially wanted you to know how much Ray and James meant to us and our getting things back into working order. After we returned home we were able to get the compartment leaks fixed with the weather-strip you sent to us here. It is working great! Randy found that the inside leak was fixed when he caulked the front of the satellite dome. We think we are all fixed up! I am sorry that this “Thanks” is so tardy, but we each thought the other one had sent it and we just discovered that was not the case, so I am sending our heartfelt thanks to y’all today. We appreciate you and your Company more that you can imagine!!!

In a time when morals and principles are as rare as 25 cent gas and Nickle Cokes. I was at least apprehensive when i called Bankston Motor Homes about a travel trailer that as advertised on the internet. Simply by chance Ed Stanley answered. He answered my questions, and told me the condition of the Fun Finder. A couple of days later, Nancy and I drove to Huntsville, and the trailer was exactly as Ed described it.The small amount of mechanic work required was done well and in a timely manner. While we waited, a loaner car was provided along with directions to a good restaurant.
To sum it up, we feel our experience of buying a travel trailer from Bankston was very gratifying. Mr. Stanley is as first rate as your dealer. We will recommend you to all we see.

On February 14, I made an appointment with Janet to have my 2009 32K
Winnebago Vista repaired. Since purchasing my coach in June of 2010, I made trip after 80 mile trip to the dealer in [edited], AL for repairs. They never
fixed all the problems and in particular never repaired the 2 slides, which
never worked properly. The dealership in Calera lied to me and kept my coach
for 2 months on my last occasion there.

Ron Schlingmann with Winnebago suggested I bring it to your dealership. My complements to your employees and especially to Ray Cope. I was treated
with respect and although I didn't expect to spend so much money on the
repair, I feel I was treated fairly. Most important to me, my Vista is
repaired. I wish I had purchased my coach from Bankston Motorhomes. Let me
assure you I will recommend your dealership to anyone who wants to buy a
motorhome or needs service.
